Shipping policy

ZiNG Toys will endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 working day of your order being paid/placed.

Our products are delivered to you using New Zealand Post Couriers.

The NZ Post service guidelines are below.

North Island, New Zealand: Next working day (following dispatch).
South Island, New Zealand: Two working days (following dispatch).
Our standard courier rate for orders under $90 is $7. Rural delivery for orders under $90 is $13.50. Orders $90 and over are freight free.

We currently do not ship our products outside of New Zealand. If you're located in Australia you can shop here: www.zingtoys.com.au. For USA orders please go to www.zing.store

Important to note:

If your item is going to a rural area, delivery may take an additional 24 hours. Rural deliveries do not require signature.

NZ Post do their best to deliver your parcels to the above guidelines; but sometimes events beyond their control may mean they may take an extra day or so to deliver. As such, please note that they cannot guarantee delivery within the above service standards.
